Where Are We Now

As a marketer it is our job to identify and outsmart the obstacles and brainstorm what could get in our way. Whoever said it was going to be easy, was wrong, but if you know what things are likely to come in the way then you will be able to deal with them. 

 

Perhaps it is resources in which case you need to find another way of increasing your funding, workforce, plant and equipment, premises. 

It may be your markets.  What is happening to the markets you operate in, are you dependent on main customers, are you dependent on technology? 

Knowing what your competitors are doing will enable you to outsmart them to achieve your goals.
